You can use ClickArt images with any word processing, page layout, or illustration applications that allows you to import graphics. To use these ClickArt Images, refer to the "importing graphics" section of your user's manuals for instructions on how to import EPS images.
A ClickArt image is a versatile starting point for creating documents with persuasive visual impact--whether you're a professional or a computer enthusiast looking to make your work more attractive. There are countless ways to use ClickArt images, depending on the effect you're looking for and the capabilities of your application.
Different kinds of applications allow you to manipulate ClickArt images in different ways. Some drawing applications allow you to change the image by editing the actual points and lines that form the image. Thus, you can make changes to the color of images or parts of the images. If a disk is defective, T/Maker Company will replace the disk at no charge to you, if you return the disk to T/Maker at the address below with proof of purchase within 90 days after you purchased it. Your sole and exclusive remedy, and T/Maker's sole and exclusive liability, will be either replacement of the disk or a refund of the purchase price in accordance with this limited warranty.

Wenn der Datenträger defekt ist, ersetzt T/Maker Company diesen kostenlos, wenn Sie ihn innerhalb von 90 Tagen ab Kaufdatum zusammen mit einem Kaufnachweis unter der oben aufgeführten Adresse an T/Maker Company zurücksenden. Ihr einziger und ausschließlicher Rechtsbehelf und die einzige und ausschließliche Verpflichtung der T/Maker Company besteht im Ersatz des Datenträgers oder in der Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises im Rahmen dieser beschränkten Garantie.

Las leyes y los tratados internacionales de derechos de autor en los Estados Unidos protegen a esta guía y a las imágenes, las fuentes y los tipos de letra ClickArt cuya licencia usted adquirió. La compañía T/Maker contó con la vigencia de esta protección cuando decidió dedicar el tiempo y el dinero necesarios para producir sus imágenes, fuentes y tipos de letra. Sin embargo, T/Maker Company reconoce que usted ha adquirido la licencia de esta copia de las imágenes, las fuentes y los tipos de letra en su forma actual o modificada y que los usará en otro trabajo.
Es por ello que T/Maker Company le otorga permiso para copiar y modificar las imágenes, las fuentes y los tipos de letra ClickArt para su propio uso interno. Las imágenes, las fuentes y los tipos de letra ClickArt no pueden ser distribuidos como parte de ningún producto de software o de un documento o conjunto de documentos electrónicos sin el premiso por escrito de T/Maker. Sin embargo, T/Maker Company lo autoriza a insertar y distribuir imágenes, fuentes y tipos de letra ClickArt duplicados o modificados como parte incidental de un producto o grupo de productos no electrónicos que se distribuyen en forma comercial (por ejemplo, boletines que se divulgan para obtener ganancias), siempre que la utilización o distribución de las imágenes, las fuentes y los tipos de letra ClickArt no constituyan una importante porción del valor de los bienes que se distribuyen en forma comercial. Por ejemplo, usted no puede, sin el permiso por escrito de T/Maker Company, utilizar imágenes, fuentes o tipos de letra ClickArt como representaciones artísticas en una camiseta o cartel que revenderá. Usted no puede hacer copias de ninguna parte de una biblioteca de imágenes, fuentes o tipos de letra ClickArt para su distribución o reventa. Salvo las excepciones que se mencionan específicamente en este párrafo, usted no puede copiar, modificar o distribuir imágenes, fuentes y tipos de letra ClickArt.
La compañía T/Maker Company otorga esta licencia para una única CPU (unidad central de proceso). Este software no puede ser cargado en una red LAN (red de área local) a menos que se haya adquirido una licencia para cada CPU que forma la red.
Por favor, comuníquese telefónicamente o por escrito con T/Maker si necesita información adicional con respecto a licencias de uso local o para redes. Por favor, escriba a T/Maker Company, 1390 Villa Street, Mountain View, CA 94041, Estados Unidos, si desea obtener una licencia o condiciones razonables para distribuir, duplicar o modificar imágenes, fuentes y tipos de letra ClickArt de manera diferente a la expresamente permitida según esta licencia, o si necesita información adicional con respecto a sus derechos.
GARANTÍA LIMITADA
T/Maker Company le garantiza durante el período de 90 días a partir de su fecha de compra que la licencia original de las imágenes ClickArt se corresponden con el índice y la guía visual. En caso de que el disco o disquete fuesen defectuosos, T/Maker Company lo reemplazará sin cargo alguno si usted lo devuelve a T/Maker Company en el domicilio indicado anteriormente junto con el comprobante de su compra antes de que transcurran 90 días de su fecha de adquisición. Según se establece en esta garantía limitada, su único y exclusivo derecho será la sustitución del disco o disquete o bien, el reembolso del precio de su compra.
LA GARANTIA ANTERIOR ES LA ÚNICA GARANTIA O DECLARACION DE CUALQUIER CLASE QUE SE APLICA CON RESPECTO A LAS IMAGENES CLICKART CREADAS POR T/MAKER COMPANY O CUALQUIER OTRA PARTE QUE HAYA ACTUADO EN LA CREACION, PRODUCCION, ENTREGA O LICENCIA DE LAS IMAGENES CLICKART. ADEMÁS, SE DESCONOCE ESPECIFICAMENTE TODA GARANTIA IMPLICITA CON RESPECTO AL DISCO O AL DISQUETE, INCLUSO LAS GARANTIAS IMPLICITAS DE POSIBILIDADES DE COMERCIALIZACION, ADECUACION PARA UN PROPOSITO DETERMINADO Y DE AUSENCIA DE INFRACCION DE LOS DERECHOS DE OTRAS PARTES.
T/MAKER O CUALQUIER OTRA PARTE QUE HAYA ACTUADO EN LA CREACION, PRODUCCION O LICENCIA DE LAS IMAGENES CLICKART NI GARANTIZAN NI DECLARAN DE NINGUN OTRO MODO EXPRESO O IMPLICITO LA CONFIABILIDAD, EL RENDIMIENTO, LAS POSIBILIDADES DE COMERCIALIZACION O LA ADECUACION PARA UN PROPOSITO ESPECIFICO DE LAS IMAGENES CLICKART O SU CALIDAD. LAS IMAGENES CLICKART SE OTORGAN EN LICENCIA “EN EL ESTADO EN QUE SE ENCUENTRAN”. USTED ASUME TOTAL RESPONSABILIDAD CON RESPECTO A LAS IMAGENES. EN CASO DE QUE SE PRUEBE QUE LAS IMAGENES CLICKART SON DEFECTUOSAS ES USTED Y NO T/MAKER COMPANY O CUALQUIER OTRA PARTE QUE HAYA ACTUADO EN LA CREACION, PRODUCCION, ENTREGA O LICENCIA DE LAS IMAGENES CLICKART, QUIEN DEBERÁ HACERSE CARGO DE LA TOTALIDAD DE LOS COSTOS DE TODAS LAS MODIFICACIONES NECESARIAS.
RECHAZO A RECLAMOS POR DAÑOS
EN NINGUN CASO T/MAKER O CUALQUIER OTRA PARTE QUE HAYA ACTUADO EN LA CREACION, PRODUCCIUN, ENTREGA O LICENCIA DE LAS IMAGENES CLICKART SERAN RESPONSABLES POR DAÑOS CONSECUENTES, ESPECIALES, INCIDENTALES, DIRECTOS O INDIRECTOS DE CUALQUIER TIPO QUE SURJAN DEL USO DE LAS IMÁGENES CLICKART, AUN CUANDO T/MAKER COMPANY O CUALQUIER OTRA PARTE QUE HAYA ACTUADO EN LA CREACION, PRODUCCIUN, ENTREGA O LICENCIA DE LAS IMAGENES CLICKART HAYA SIDO NOTIFICADA DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE TALES DAÑOS.
Este aviso se define, interpreta y rige según las leyes del estado de California, Estados Unidos, tal como se aplican a las transacciones que se realizan enteramente dentro de los límites de California y entre sus residentes.
